- Trial Lesson: New students can book a 25-minute trial lesson at the introduction price of 25EUR to get to know each other and discuss your goals.
- Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations.
- Schedule Changes: Please notify any schedule changes at least 3 days in advance.
- School Holidays: Two weeks each in spring, autumn, and winter; four weeks in summer.
