S: 10 lessons of 45 minutes for €570 during the 6-month initial term (6 installments of €95); then 5 lessons in each 3-month follow-on section for €285 (3 installments of €95). M: initially 20 lessons of 45 minutes for €750 (6 installments of €125); then 10 lessons per section for €375 (3 installments of €125). Regular lessons pause during Hamburg school holidays and public holidays; installments pay for the agreed lessons in the relevant section. After the initial term, the contract continues indefinitely with one month's notice and 3-month planning sections. Before each follow-on section begins, Ceren will personally email you about the next section and its planned lesson dates. VAT-exempt under § 4 no. 21(c) UStG. The German legal text governs.
